RETURN & REFUND POLICY

You may request a refund before the product is shipped. However, if the product has already been assembled and prepared for shipment, a processing fee will be deducted from the original payment before the refund is issued.

If the product has already been shipped, it must first be returned in order to receive a refund. In this case, both the processing fee and the shipping cost will be deducted from the original payment before the refund is issued.

Please note that for orders placed via Affirm, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Please note: Since all of our bikes are made to order, if the bike has already been assembled, an assembly fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

RETURN POLICY:

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to initiate a return. For bicycle returns, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. However, for smaller items such as spare parts and accessories, Nireeka will cover the return shipping costs.

If the product is found to be faulty or damaged during shipping, please notify us within two days of delivery. This allows us to file a claim with the courier for the shipping damage. From there, you may choose to either initiate a return or keep the bike, in which case we will send replacement parts as needed.

RETURN PROCESS:

To return an item, place it securely in its original packaging. Upon request, we will provide a return shipping label via email, which should be printed and affixed to the package. Please ensure any previous shipping labels are removed.

The product must be unused, or in the case of bikes, used for less than 3 kilometers.

Additional fees may be subtracted from your initial payment if any damage is found on the frame or parts. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

CHANGE TO POLICIES:

Nireeka reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.

CROWDFUNDING REFUNDS:

The contributions that have been made on Indiegogo are not eligible for a refund.
