Where can I find my order number and my order details?
You can find everything in your dashboard. Please login using your username and password and you'll be redirected to the dashboard in where you can find all your orders.
I have ordered several bikes, will they come together?
Only if you ordered them at the same time or as a set. Bikes ordered later will likely come separately.
I wish to change something on my order, like bike size, color or saddle.

Are these bikes road legal?
It depends on the bike specs like the motor power and max speed, or whether your bike has throttle. Please check your local laws to make sure.
Is the bike waterproof?
Yes. All the parts and components are IP 65 certified.
Is the fatigue testing done with near-real conditions?
We always exaggerate the conditions and weights based on the standard methods.

What is PAS?
PAS stands for Pedal Assist System. The motor operates by turning the pedals rather than with a throttle.

Does the frame have a unique serial number?
Yes, an indelible one.
Shipping Information
Is there any Shipping free?
No, all the orders in Canada are free shipping.
Can I change the delivery address?
You can change the delivery address before your order leaves our location. After that, you can reach out to the shipping company (Purolator or UPS) and ask them to change the delivery address. We can't guarantee the address change by them, though.
How long will it take to get my package?

Order Returns
Do you have a return policy?
Yes, you have 7 days return window. The bike should be in New and unused condition.
How long will it take to get my refund after returning the package?
It usually takes 6-12 days for us to inspect the returned package and issue the refund.
Is there any fee for returning?
Yes, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning an order. Additionally, if the returned product shows any signs of damage, a fee will be applied.
